Isleworth houses and what the strip-out usually finds
The inter-war semis that make up much of Isleworth have a square bathroom at the top of the stairs, often with the original separate WC next door, a timber floor and pipework that has been altered several times since the 1930s. Joining the two rooms, replacing the pipework while the floor is up and fitting a proper shower is the most common brief. Victorian terraces near the station have the narrower rear-addition bathroom where layout matters more than finish. The older houses in Old Isleworth have bathrooms that were fitted into the plan later and original features next to them that we protect during the work.

Budget and timescale for a Isleworth bathroom
Allow around £15,000–£25,000 as a total budget for a complete bathroom renovation, covering labour, building materials, tiles, bathroom fittings and finishes.
